You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase is required. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
